New books from the library! I had two holds come in this week: No One is Here Except All Os Us by Ramona Ausubel and Bumped by Megan McCafferty. I also took out two movies: Kiki's Delivery Service and The Emperor's New Groove, both of which I've never seen. Back to the books: I first heard about No One Is Here Except All Of Us in Chatelaine magazine and I thought it looked very interesting. In 1939, a Jewish village in Romania decides to reinvent the world and live outside of time and history. You can read more about the plot here. I'll hopefully be able to read it tomorrow, since I find the synopsis fascinating and can't wait much longer to read it. Bumped is a dystopian novel by the author of Sloppy Firsts. I've heard mixed things about this book, but I'll hopefully be able to give it a shot. It sort of reminds me of The Handmaid's Tale for Teens.
